The separate sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. And oh my goodness, the stocked fridge is an absolute dream! What a hidden gem! I recently stayed at a lovely little place for a stopover near Carlisle. The hosts were generous and made sure everything I needed was there and more. From a fully stocked fridge to a private garden, it reminded me of my own little AirBnB. The attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness made me feel right at home. The location was quiet and peaceful, with easy access to Carlisle, Penrith, and the Northern Lakes. It was amazing value for money. I would highly recommend this place!

During my recent stay at a lovely little place in a quiet village, I was impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation. The spacious bedroom and separate lounge area with a TV provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The continental breakfast was fantastic, with a generous selection of cheeses, cold meats, olives, breads, and even a bottle of white wine. The host, Dave, was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the A6 and parking available. I had a wonderful experience at this place and would highly recommend it.
The only small inconvenience was that the nearest pub required a short drive, but it was worth it for the extensive menu and excellent food. the double bed was comfortable but did have a slight sag in the middle.

The double room at White House was absolutely amazing! the private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer made me feel so comfortable and at home. The free toiletries and bathrobes added a touch of luxury to my stay. Plus, having a tea and coffee maker in the room was a pleasant surprise. And let's not forget about the flat-screen TV; it made my evenings so much more enjoyable!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the flat-screen TV in the room. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I understand that others may still find it enjoyable.
